(OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR) (the "Company") announced today that two new retail tire collection companies have partnered with the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Magnum Recycling USA, to collect and provide tires to the Company's Hudson, Colorado facility. These new partners have tire-collection routes located throughout the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area, and intend to utilize the Company's monofill and recycling facilities to dispose of the tires that they collect.

In response to these developments, Bryan Brammer, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, stated that "We are excited about the opportunity to work with our new collection partners to increase our sources for waste tire collection.
