Magnora ASA’s remaining 30% shareholding in Western Isles Holding AS has now been contributed as a contribution in-kind to Hermana Holding ASA ("Hermana"). As a result, the share capital of Hermana was increased by NOK 2,861,540.78340147 through the issuance of 28,179,353 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.101547426706407. The new share capital of Hermana is NOK 9,538,469.41340147 divided into 93,931,178, each with a par value of 0.101547426706407.

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements published by Magnora ASA ("Magnora" or the "Company") regarding a spin-off demerger relating to a subsequent listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange of Magnora's legacy business.

Following the contribution in-kind, Magnora ASA is the owner of 30% of the shares in Hermana Holding ASA which in turn is the owner of 100% of the shares in Western Isles Holding AS (being the owner of the license busines).
