Lung Kee Holdings Limited Appoints Ms. He Lamei as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Each of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee

Lung Kee (Bermuda) Holdings Limited announced that Ms. He Lamei ("Ms. He") has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of each of the audit committee, the nomination committee and the remuneration committee of the Company with effect from 1st March, 2022. Ms. He was a non-executive director of M-Resources Group Limited ("M-Resources"), a company listed on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, from 29th April, 2020 to 30th June, 2021.
