We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of LSE Ventures Limited ("the Company") in their meeting held on Friday, Aug 11, 2023 at the registered office of the Company (and through Zoom-Video link) has decided/concluded as under:

1. The board of directors of the Company approved the strategy of seeking the installation of improved governance and management structure at PACRA, befitting its status as a public interest company and an important capital market infrastructure company.
2. The Board also authorized the management for any further and needful action for achieving the said purposes.
