Philippe Baur appointed Managing Director of the Condecta Group
Philippe Baur has been appointed new managing director of the Condecta Group (Industrial Services Division). He will be taking over his post in June 2015 at the latest. The 41-year-old Swiss national is a graduate in economic science, lic.rer.pol, and holds an International Executive MBA in General Management. Philippe Baur has extensive management experience in Swiss SMEs.
Philippe Baur is currently Executive Program Director at Meyer Burger Technologies in Thun (Switzerland). Prior to this, he was CEO of the Modules Division, with locations in Thun and Umkirch (Germany), and also of 3S Swiss Solar Systems AG in Lyss (Switzerland) which belongs to the group; he was similarly Global Product Manager for the Group. From 2003 to the start of 2010, Philippe Baur worked at an internationally active construction industry group, including three years as Project Manager Business Development in the Swiss branch and a further four years as Sales Manager and Region Manager in Argentina and the USA.
The Board of Directors and the Group Executive Management of Looser Holding AG would like to welcome Philippe Baur and wish him every success and enjoyment in his new function. Until Philippe Baur officially takes up his post, Tim Talaat, CEO of the Looser Group, will be managing the company together with the members of the Condecta management.
