Lohakit Metal Public Company Limited Announces Interim Dividend for the Six Months Ended September 30, 2021, Payable on December 9, 2021

Lohakit Metal Public Company Limited approved the interim dividend payment from the first six-month period; from April 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021 at the rate of THB 0.20 per share, totaling THB 76,600,000.00 to the shareholders of the Company. The Record Date shall be set on November 26, 2021 to determine the list of shareholders having right to receive this interim dividend. The Company will pay this interim dividend to the shareholders on December 9, 2021.
Lohakit Metal Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company. The Company is principally engaged in the processing, distribution and shearing of stainless steel, steel, and metal products. It is a service provider managing the supply chain, including the delivery, and processing of metal and non-ferrous materials (stainless steel, coated steel, aluminum, copper, and brass). The Companyâs product type includes cold rolled stainless steel coil, hot rolled stainless steel coil, decorative stainless steel pipe, square stainless steel pipe, automobile industry pipe, galvanized steel sheet roll, and galvanized sheet roll. The Company also supplies stainless steel pipes under the brand name D-Stainless. Its subsidiaries include Auto Metal Company Limited, which is engaged in the production and distribution of stainless steel pipes for the automotive industry; and Alternative EnMat Company Limited, which is engaged in the distribution of metal and non-ferrous metal products.
