On December 26, 2019, Keith M. Locker was appointed to the Board of Directors of LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc., effective immediately. Mr. Locker currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Inlet Capital Management LLC and serves as the President of Global Capital Resources, LLC and GCR Advisors Inc. Mr. Locker will serve as a member of the Board's Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
