8.4Include below a description of each facility above, including the lender, interest rate and whether it is secured or unsecured. If any additional facilities have been entered into or are proposed to be entered into after quarter end, include details of those facilities as well.

8.1 Loan facilities include :

i ) Unsecured Shareholder loan of S$ 1,000,000 ( approximately A$ 992,000 ) signed on 22 February 2017. The repayment of this loan had previously been extended to 21 Feb 2019 at the interest rate of 5.5% per annum. On 9 May 2018, there was a repayment in the amount of S$55,000 (approximately A$54,000). The total outstanding loan as of 31 March 2019 was S$945,000 (approximately A$980,721). The parties are in ongoing dialogue regarding a further extension of this loan facility.

ii) Unsecured Shareholder loan of S$ 590,000 ( approximately A$612,302 ) signed on 1 June 2017 and interest rate at SIBOR plus 1.4%.

8.3 Others include :

As announced on 8 August 2017, the Company will be conducting a private placement of Convertible Notes to sophisticated investors of up to A$3,500,000. As at 31 March 2019, A$1,850,000 of these Notes had been issued.
