LINK Mobility (LINK) has through its fully consolidated US subsidiary Message
Broadcast signed two new 3-year contracts, worth USD 4.6 million and USD 3.0
million respectively, with US utilities covering both messaging solutions and
critical events messaging. The estimated amounts are not including unforeseen or
non-committed messaging volumes.

Message Broadcast will supply the utilities with its unique Enterprise
Omnichannel Notification System (EONS). EONS is a single engagement CPaaS
platform to design, deploy and manage customer interactions for critical events.
The system delivers highly reliable communication to utility consumers during
critical times i.e., power cuts due to adverse weather, natural disasters, and
environmental demands.

The contract wins further strengthens LINK's strong position with large US
utilities for digital messaging to increase customer satisfaction and to comply
with regulatory required consumer communication. Utilities face material
regulatory reactions in case of non-compliance.

The utilities are both Fortune 500 companies with more than 10,000 employees and
several million customers.
