LING YUI HOLDINGS LIMITED is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of foundation works, site formation works and other ancillary services. The Company’s foundation works include excavation and lateral support (ELS) works, pile cap works and pile construction. The Company’s other ancillary services include road and drainage work for foundation projects in the private sector. Depending on the specific characteristics of each construction site and customers’ needs, the Company may provide more than one type of such services in a construction project. The Company’s customers mainly consist of main contractors of construction projects which are engaged by property developers or project employers in the private sector.
