Update offers clearer overview and more functions

LLB has redesigned the visual interface of the Mobile Banking app, expanded it with additional functions, and further simplified use. 'With LLB Mobile Banking, our clients can make use of all important online services at all times, whether payment transactions or securities trading. They also have the option of receiving up-to-date information on a continuous basis - including with personal push notifications, as desired,' says Group COO Patrick J. Fürer.

Simpler login and improved overview

LLB Mobile Banking offers comprehensive functions: asset and account overview, transfers, standing orders, Scan & Pay, market orders, electronic archiving of account records, and secure communication with the personal advisor. Thanks to the latest redesign, users can access these functions even more simply and directly. In addition to logging in with their password, users also have the option of logging in with Touch ID or Face ID.

After logging in, users can customise various settings - including whether to receive notifications on their smartphone from the Push Centre and if so, which notifications. These push notifications include: customised account balance notifications, credit and debit notices, payment release notifications, status notifications for market orders, and much more.

New landing page and personalised quick links menu

The new landing page - the mobile dashboard - displays different 'cards' with an overview of the most important information: The 'Wealth overview' card contains account, custody account, and mortgage info; the 'News' card displays the latest news and bank offers, including new app functions. The 'Latest transactions' card lets users see all account and custody account transactions at a glance. And the quick links button at the bottom right corner of the screen facilitates fast navigation - from any location within the app. With a single click, the user can access the personal quick links menu with the most important functions. The menu can be customised or automatically organised according to frequency of use.

LLB digital solutions - secure, simple, and always available

LLB Mobile Banking meets the latest technical standards and highest security requirements - as does LLB Online Banking for desktops and laptops. With this newly designed app, the LLB is consistently pursuing its omnichannel strategy, offering its clients simple, fast, and secure contact and information options also on mobile devices. 'Our digital solutions have become indispensable for interactions between the bank and the client. They support and supplement personal advice. The client can now take care of banking business anywhere, anytime,' says Group COO Patrick J. Fürer, underlining the advantages of LLB's digital solutions.

The expanded LLB Mobile Banking is available as an update to the existing app. Clients can use the new functions as soon as they install the update.

LLB Mobile Banking on your smartphone or tablet couldn't be simpler. LLB clients have access to the full range of functions in just three steps:

  1. Download the 'LLB Mobile Banking' app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store
  2. Using LLB Online Banking on your desktop or laptop, register your smartphone or tablet under 'My apps' and follow the instructions
  3. Start using your simple and secure LLB Mobile Banking
