Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 459 million compared to USD 303 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 30 million compared to net income of USD 72 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.39 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.95 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.39 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.94 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 1,138 million compared to USD 661 million a year ago. Net income was USD 10 million compared to USD 135 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.13 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 3.13 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.13 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of USD 3.13 a year ago.
Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc., through its subsidiary, Tripadvisor, Inc.
