To receive and consider the audited consolidated financial statements of the

Company and its subsidiaries, report of directors (each a "Director") and the

independent auditor's report for the year ended 31 December 2020.

To declare a final dividend of HK13.16 cents per share in respect of the year

ended 31 December 2020.

3.

(a) To re-elect Ms. Hung Lo Shan Lusan as an independent non-executive

Director.

(b) To re-elect Mr. Hung Wai Man as an independent non-executive Director.

(c) To authorise the board of Directors to fix the remuneration of Directors.

4.

To re-appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers as the auditor of the Company and to

authorise the board of Directors to fix their remuneration.

5.

To grant a general unconditional mandate to the Directors to allot, issue and/or

deal with additional shares of the Company not exceeding 20% of the number of

issued shares of the Company.

6.

To grant a general unconditional mandate to the Directors to repurchase shares of

the Company not exceeding 10% of the number of issued shares of the Company.

7.

To extend the general unconditional mandate granted to the Directors by

resolution no. 5 to issue additional shares by the number of shares repurchased by

the Company pursuant to general unconditional mandate granted by resolution

no. 6.

  5. This form of proxy must be signed by you or your attorney duly authorised in writing. In case of a corporation, the same must be either under its common seal or under the hand of an officer or attorney so authorised.

Where there are joint registered holders of any share, any one of such persons may vote at the AGM, either personally or by proxy, in respect of such share as if he/she/it was solely entitled thereto; but if more than one of such joint registered holders be present at the AGM personally or by proxy, that one of the said persons so present being the most or, as the case may be, the more senior shall alone be entitled to vote in respect of the relevant joint holding and, for this purpose, seniority shall be determined by reference to the order in which the names of the joint registered holders stand on the register of members of the Company.
  7. In order to be valid, this form of proxy together with the power of attorney or other authority (if any) under which it is signed or a notarially certified copy of such power of attorney or authority, must be deposited at the Company's Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for holding the AGM (i.e. not later than 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 1 June 2021 (Hong Kong time)) or any adjournment thereof.
  8. Completion and deposit of the form of proxy will not preclude you from attending and voting at the AGM if you so wish. In such event, this form of proxy will be deemed to have been revoked.

Your and your proxy's Personal Data will be disclosed or transferred to the Company's share registrar and/or other companies or bodies for the purpose stated above, or when it is required to do so by law, and will be retained for such period as may be necessary for the Company's verification and record purpose.

By providing your proxy's Personal Data in this form, you should have obtained the express consent from your proxy in using his/her Personal Data provided in this form and that you have informed your proxy of the purpose for and the manner in which his/her data may be used.

You/your proxy have/has the right to request access to and/or correction of your/your proxy's Personal Data respectively in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance. Any such request for access to and/or correction of your/your proxy's Personal Data should be in writing by mail to Personal Data Privacy Officer, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at the address mentioned above.
