Wedbush upgrades its opinion on Lennar from 'Underperform' to 'Neutral', as the homebuilder's share price has fallen below its target price of $144, and the broker sees no catalyst in development to adjust its target.

With regard to a possible land demerger, for which the group has no timetable, Wedbush estimates that the potential size of the operation could now be between six and eight billion dollars, compared with an initial estimate of four billion.
