1.Date of the resolution of the board of directors or
shareholders meeting: 2022/07/07
2.Type and monetary amount of original dividend distribution:
The cash dividend per share of Common share is NT$ 1.00.
3.Type and monetary amount of dividend distribution after the change:
The cash dividend per share of Common share is NT$ 1.00527392.
4.Reason for the change:
(1) The Chairman of Board has been authorized by the Board on
May 13, 2022 to adjust the cash dividend to each share.
(2) Set August 24, 2022 as the cash dividend payment date.
(3) The original board of directors resolution on May 13, 2022 that
2022Q1 shareholders' cash dividend allotment per share, the
number of outstanding shares reduce due to repurchase treasury
shares and the number of outstanding shares reduce. Therefore,
the cash dividend was adjusted to NT$1.00527392 per share.
