DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

IN RELATION TO VERY SUBSTANTIAL DISPOSAL

Reference is made to the announcement of Leeport (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") dated 13 November 2019 (the "Announcement") in relation to the Disposal which constitutes a very substantial disposal of the Company under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement unless the context otherwise requires.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular (the "Circular") containing, among others,

1. further details of the Sale and Purchase Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder; (ii) other information as required under the Listing Rules; and (iii) notice of the SGM will be despatched to the Shareholders as soon as practicable, which is expected to be on or before 13 December 2019. As additional time is required for the Company to prepare certain information to be included in the Circular, the Company expects that the date of despatch of the Circular will be postponed to a date on or before 10 January 2020.
