REGISTRATION OF CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME IN HONG KONG

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company in relation to the change of the Company's dual foreign name in Chinese from "立德教育有限公司" to "立德教育股份有限公司" (the "Change of Company Name") dated 8 March 2021 (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise

specified, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

REGISTRATION OF CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME IN HONG KONG

As set out in the Announcement, the Change of Company Name has become effective following the issue of the certificate of incorporation on change of name by the Registrar of Companies in Cayman Islands on 2 March 2021. The Company then proceeded with the necessary filing procedures with the Companies Registry in Hong Kong regarding the Change of Company Name.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Company has obtained the Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company issued by the Registrar of Companies

in Hong Kong dated 18 March 2021 certifying the Company has altered its name and is registered under the name of "Leader Education Limited" also known as "立德教育股份有限公司" in Hong

Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
