ASX: FNT Unreserved Apology to New Guinea Gold Corp For Error in Reporting

Frontier Resources Limited (Frontier) announces the withdrawal of a statement in its release to the ASX on 16/12/2016 regarding New Guinea Gold Corp (NGG) and issue NGG with an unreserved apology for the error and any perceived slight the statement may have caused.

The statement withdrawn is quoted below.

The PNG Mineral Resource Authority Assistant Registrar informed me that NGG implied it would undertake a Judicial Review regarding the decision. However, NGG's last release to the TSX is dated November 20, 2015 (13 months ago), they have had multiple issues filing their required TSX regulatory documents, are yet to announce the refusal of the ML to the TSX / their shareholders and thus likely do not have the financial capability to undertake a Judicial Review.

NGG did in fact issue a news release to the Canadian regulators (on 14/12/2016 at 12.52.06 ET = 0100hrs Perth WST 15/12/2016, being about 29 days after being refused renewal by the PNG Minister for Mining), stating its intent to undertake a Judicial Review and litigate directly with the Minister for Mining.
