LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that Mr. Odisseas Athanasiou, CEO of the Company:
on the 7th January, 2020 acquired 100,000 Company's registered common shares, at an average price of 8.686385 euro and with total amount of 868,638.50 euro
on the 8th January, 2020 acquired 100,000 Company's registered common shares, at an average price of 8.680237 euro and with total amount of 868,023.70 euro
on the 9th January, 2020 acquired 70,000 Company's registered common shares, at an average price of 8.739138 euro and with total amount of 611,739.66 euro.
