In accordance with Law 24/1988, 28th July, relative to the regulation of the stock market and related provisions, and following the Relevant Fact of March 18, 2015 with register number 220263, LABORATORIO REIG JOFRE SA ("Reig Jofre" or "the Company") hereby informs about the change in the reporting date of the 2015 year- end results, which will take place on February 29, 2016, before the market opening. Reig Jofre is planning a public presentation of the evolution of the year 2015. Details will be disclosed in the coming days.
The Company also informs about the publication schedule for 2016 quarterly results:
First quarter 2016: Tuesday, May 3, 2016
Second quarter 2016: Tuesday, July 26, 2016
Third quarter 2016: Thursday, November 3, 2016
2016 year-end: Tuesday, February 28, 2017 Results will be released before the market opening.
