Harris Corporation has received a $403 million contract to provide spare parts to support various tactical radio systems for the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency. The agreement covers services for radios to be used by both the Defense Logistics Agency and the U.S. Army. The five-year contract was a sole-source acquisition, and includes no option periods. The work is scheduled to be performed in New York, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 5, 2022. The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., is listed as the contracting activity.
