KFH Honors Employees Holding CM Certificate

General Manager, Human Resources and General Services at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Zeyad Al-Omar, stressed the importance of supporting the educational attainment for KFH human capital and recognizing their achievements and exerted efforts that contribute to enhancing the comprehensive performance of KFH and maintaining its leading position.

Al-Omar stated, during his speech on the sideline of honoring 7 KFH employees who obtained the Certified Manager certificate (CM), in presence of Chief Information Officer, Srood Sherif, DGM Banking Cards Julio Lobo, and Learning and Development Executive Manager Imad Mirza that KFH applauds its employees' efforts to develop themselves noting that the CM certificate is of paramount importance in the Islamic banking field; especially that it is accredited worldwide. It is a general management certification for managers in any industry and a reliable indicator of managerial competence and leadership potential approved by Institute of Certified Professional Managers in the United States (ICPM) in cooperation with Institute of Banking Studies in Kuwait IBS.

He added that the CM program lasts for more than 3 months and consists of 3 modules; Management Skills, Planning and Organizing, and leading and controlling.

He noted that KFH encourages employees' initiatives of obtaining educational certificates, since they reflect the image of KFH, the world leading Islamic financial institution.

Meanwhile, the recognized employees expressed their gratitude towards KFH, and stressed their determination to work tirelessly for the sake of offering the best for KFH clients.

The recognized employees are: Hamida Almahaji, Mohamad Eitani, Mohamad Alshebshiry, Mohamad Kozheil, Mohammad Hussain, Mohannad Kooki and Mubarak Sayer.
