Kuriyama Consort Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire land 302 square meters and building 513.28 square meters at 3-861-6 Horie, Urayasu City from Kuriyama Corporation for ¥90 million.

Kuriyama Consort Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire land 302 square meters and building 513.28 square meters at 3-861-6 Horie, Urayasu City from Kuriyama Corporation (TSE:3355) for ¥90 million on September 19, 2012. The expected date of signing of sale agreement is September 20, 2012. The Board of Directors of Kuriyama Corporation resolved the transaction on September 19, 2012.

The transaction is expected to close on September 30, 2012. The transaction will have no effect on Kuriyama Corporation's consolidated performance for the year ended December 2012.
