The Company's subsidiary, Kuo Chuang Engineering Co., Ltd. , acquired two
DIP purchases projects from Taiwan Water Corporation for a total amount of
NT$217.799 million (including tax), and the winning project is described as
follows:
(1)Project Name:The Engineering Material Tender of Aqueduct Project from
Xipu and Daquan Falling Water Raw Water Pipe Project-
Pipe(1)&(5)
Total Amount of Project:108.197 million (including tax).
(2)Project Name:The Engineering Material Tender of Aqueduct Project from
Xipu and Daquan Falling Water Raw Water Pipe Project-Pipe(2)
Total Amount of Project:109.602 million (including tax).

We will sign a purchasing contract with the owner "Taiwan Water Corporation"
