APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN OF AUDIT COMMITTEE
CHANGES IN COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of KTL Global Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce the following new appointments to the Company:
- Mr. Chin Teck Oon, an existing Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 16 August 2021; and
- Mr. Chua Thiam Chwee, an existing member of the Audit Committee has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee in place of Mr. Tso Sze Wai with effect from 16 August 2021.
The information pursuant to Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited in relation to the appointment of Mr. Chin Teck Oon as Chief Executive Officer has been separately announced.
The composition of the Board and Board Committees shall be as follows with effect from 16 August 2021:
