KT Corp. announced that at the held annual general meeting on March 27, 2015, approved the appointment of Dong-Wook Chung as outside director and member of audit committee and also appointed Daiwon Hyun as outside director. Dong-Wook Chung was senior counsel of Kim¸ Choi & Lim from 2005 till present.
Daiwon Hyun was the Chairman, Korea Digital Content Industry Forum, from 2004 till present.
