Earnings before tax were EUR 58,000 against EUR 169,000 for the same period a year ago. Consolidated net loss due to shareholders of KROMI Logistik AG was EUR 50,000 against consolidated net income due to shareholders of KROMI Logistik AG of EUR 99,000 for the same period a year ago. Consolidated net income due to shareholders of KROMI Logistik AG was EUR 213,000 against EUR 298,000 for the same period a year ago.

For the six months, revenue was EUR 27,589,000 against EUR 24,258,000 for the same period a year ago. Profit from operations was EUR 68,000 against EUR 546,000 for the same period a year ago. Loss before tax was EUR 74,000 against profit before tax of EUR 541,000 for the same period a year ago. Consolidated net loss due to shareholders of KROMI Logistik AG was EUR 213,000 or EUR 0.05 basic per share against consolidated net income due to shareholders of KROMI Logistik AG of EUR 298,000 or EUR 0.07 basic per share for the same period a year ago. Net cash from operating activities was EUR 532,000 against net cash used in operating activities of 4,196,000 for the same period a year ago. Payments for the acquisition of non-current assets were EUR 333,000 against EUR 651,000 for the same period a year ago.

The Managing Board of the company is aiming to boost the EBIT margin in the current fiscal year 2013, as part of its gradual and positive growth strategy. As a consequence, the EBIT margin will prospectively remain within the lower single- digit percentage range in the current fiscal year.
