Kotlostroene AD (Kotlostroene JSC), formerly State boiler-building plant Georgi Kirkov, is a Bulgaria-based company that is principally engaged in the manufacturing of steam and hot water boilers. The Company's product range includes hot-water, low-pressure, industrial fire-tube boilers, mobile hot-water containers, gas-tight tubular membrane panels, tanks and modular gas stations. Kotlostroene AD operates in both Bulgarian and foreign markets, exporting its production to numerous countries, including France, Greece, Egypt, Germany, Serbia and Macedonia, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's major shareholder was Favorit Hold AD with a stake of 77.59%.
