Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting under Regulation 29 (1) & (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) & (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 07th February 2023 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year to date ended 31.12.2022 and also to consider declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2022 - 2023.
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, we inform you that the Record Date for the purpose of Interim dividend, if declared, shall be 15th February 2023. If the Board of Directors considered and approved the interim dividend, the rate, quantum and date of payment of Interim Dividend, will be informed to Stock Exchange immediately after the conclusion of the said Board Meeting.
