Korea Information & Communications Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A025770) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 10,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a trust contract with Mirae Asset Daewoo. The purpose of the share repurchase is to stabilize stock price. The repurchase program will expire on September 14, 2020. As of March 10, 2020, the company had no shares within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
KOREA INFORMATION & COMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the provision of electronic transaction processing solutions and payment terminals. The Company mainly provides financial value added network (VAN) services including credit card management services (CCMSs), data & draft capture (DDC) services, data & signature capture (DSC) services and cash receipt services, as well as payment gateway products.
