The Board announces that, with effect from 24 July 2020:

1. Mr. Chen Cong has resigned as the Company Secretary and ceased to be the Authorised Representative; and
2. Mr. Ching Kin Wai has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative.

RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board (the ''Board'') of directors (the ''Directors'') of Kong Sun Holdings Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') hereby announces that Mr. Chen Cong (''Mr. Chen'') has tendered his resignation as the company secretary of the Company (the ''Company Secretary'') with effect from 24 July 2020 in pursuit of his personal career development. Following Mr. Chen's resignation as the Company Secretary, he also ceased to be the authorised representative of the Company (the ''Authorised Representative'') under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities (the ''Listing Rules'') on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Stock Exchange'') with effect from 24 July 2020.

Mr. Chen has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in respect of his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and the Stock Exchange.

APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The Board is pleased to announce that, following the resignation of Mr. Chen as the Company Secretary, Mr. Ching Kin Wai (''Mr. Ching'') has been appointed as the Company Secretary with effect from 24 July 2020. Following the appointment of Mr. Ching as the Company Secretary, Mr. Ching has also been appointed as the Authorised Representative with effect from 24 July 2020.

The biographical details of Mr. Ching are set out as follows:

Mr. Ching

Mr. Ching Kin Wai (陳健威), aged 33, joined the Group in November 2018 as the finance manager. Mr. Ching obtained his undergraduate degree in accountancy from City University of Hong Kong in 2009. Mr. Ching has 10 years of professional experience in auditing and financial management. He has been a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since July 2013.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Chen for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of service as the Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative, and extend its warmest welcome to Mr. Ching on his new appointments.
