Prague, 17 January 2013 - Following the successful launch of the Video Banker service in June 2012, Komer?ní banka Group continues to develop its online technologies and advice and offers the Video Adviser service. Via a web camera, trained specialists will advice clients on savings for retirement and on the way of taking out loan products and signing up for the MojeBanka online banking service.

The Video Adviser [Videoporadce] service is available for clients from Komer?ní banka's website at www.kb.cz and from Penzijní fond Komer?ní banky's website at www.pfkb.cz (from 1 January 2013, from KB Penzijní spole?nost's website at www.kbps.cz).

A great advantage of the Video Banker and Video Adviser services is the ease of operation and ready availability of expert advice. Clients need not go to a branch to visit their personal bankers, arrange meetings in advance, or even install any special software on their PCs. A few clicks on the mouse and the client is immediately connected to Komer?ní banka's experienced specialist, who will explain the issue at hand to the client with the help of clear information materials.

"The launch of the Video Adviser service will be welcomed by a number of people who need advice but do not have time enough to visit the bank's branch, and therefore browse the internet to find information. With the Video Adviser service they can be assured that they receive correct first-hand information," says Mojmír Prokop, manager of Direct Channels at KB.

Thanks to the settings of the service, clients need not worry about their personal data. While the user sees Komer?ní banka's specialist thanks to his web camera, the adviser only hears the client over the telephone.

"We are glad that we can offer people interested in Komer?ní banka's products and services an additional channel providing an easy way of consulting their needs with skilled experts," added Pavel Filipi, manager of Products and Services at KB.

Komer?ní banka is the first bank on the Czech market to offer this broad scope of the innovative Video Banker and Video Adviser services. In other countries, this is a very popular form of communication, which helps clients to tackle even more complicated issues from the comfort of their home or office.
