(MT Newswires) -- Andrew Bialecki, CEO of Klaviyo, announces the addition of over 140,000 retail and e-commerce businesses in Q4. Bialecki stresses the importance of Klaviyo helping businesses build direct relationships with their customers and create quality experiences to drive real growth. He says the company has helped its customers generate more than $50bn in sales.
 
He also announced the launch of Klaviyo A.I, a set of artificial intelligence tools that will enable companies to optimise their marketing and customer relationship management autonomously, freeing marketers to focus on more strategic and creative tasks.
 
He cites the example of Willowtree, which, by using Klaviyo's predictive tools, has seen its email revenues increase by more than 50%. Klaviyo is investing heavily in the development of these features, with ongoing recruitment in the areas of artificial intelligence and product engineering. Growing demand from major brands such as Mattel, Good American and Marine Layer is also driving Klaviyo to increase its sales capacity.
