Kisan Mouldings Limited Announces Resignation of Narendra Kumar Poddar as Independent Director and Member of Audit Committee

Kisan Mouldings Limited announced that Mr. Narendra Kumar Poddar has tendered his resignation as Independent Director from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from the closing of business hours on March 7, 2022 due to his personal reasons and pre-occupation. Consequently, his position of Membership in Audit Committee of the Company also cease to exist with aforesaid date.
