Kintetsu World Express, Inc., or KWE has established two new companies in Xi'an, China. Established recently by KWE were Xi'an Kintetsu Logistics Co. Ltd., primarily a provider of bonded logistics services, and Xi'an JD Logistic Solutions Co.

Ltd., principally a provider of precision equipment forwarding services. Xi'an Kintetsu Logistics Co. Ltd., located in Export Processing Zone B, Xi'an, delivers electronic component storage, logistics/processing, and delivery services.

Xi'an Kintetsu Logistics Co. Ltd., is the twelfth bonded logistics KWE's company in China. On the other hand, Xi'an JD Logistic Solutions Co.

Ltd., established as a joint venture between KWE and a major Chinese logistics service vendor Qingdao Bondex Logistics Co. Ltd., is a company equipped with a fleet of air suspension vehicles, still not in wide use in the country, and trailer trucks. Xi'an JD Logistic Solutions Co.

Ltd. will continue to serve as a provider of bonded logistics and domestic forwarding services for precision equipment such as semiconductor and LCD panel manufacturing equipment systems.
