ANNOUNCEMENT

FURTHER DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

IN RELATION TO CONTINUING CONNECTED TRANSACTIONS

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 14A.47 of the Listing Rules.

Reference is made to (i) the announcement of Kingworld Medicines Group Limited (the "Company") dated 1 April 2021 in relation to the proposed annual caps for the three years ending 31 December 2023 of the transactions under each of the 2021 Master Distribution Agreements (the "First Announcement"); and (ii) the announcement of the Company dated 26 April 2021 in relation to the delay in despatch of circular (the "Second Announcement"). Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the First Announcement.

As stated in the Second Announcement, the Company will despatch a circular (the "Circular") containing, among other things, (i) details of the transactions under each of the 2021 Master Distribution Agreements and the proposed annual caps thereof; (ii) a letter from the Independent Financial Adviser to the Independent Board Committee and the Independent Shareholders containing its advice on the 2021 Master Distribution Agreements and the proposed annual caps thereof; (iii) recommendation of the Independent Board Committee to the Independent Shareholders; and (iv) the notice convening the EGM, on or before 7 May 2021.

As additional time is required to prepare and finalise the information to be included in the Circular, the date of despatch of the Circular is expected to be postponed to a date on or before 10 May 2021.
