The Board of Kingsgate Consolidated Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Sharon Skeggs as a Director of the Company, effective from 1 January 2015. She was a Director of advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi Australia for 15 years. She is also a former Director of the Australian Jockey Club Limited.
