Yangshu Changqing Investment Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Mingzhi Enterprise Management Consulting (Gu'an) Co., Ltd agreed to acquire Jinglan Ruoshui Industry Investment Co., Ltd. from Kingland Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000711) on January 17, 2019. Yangshu Changqing Investment will acquire 51% stake for CNY 1 and Mingzhi Enterprise Management will acquire 49% stake for CNY 1. For the year ending December 31, 2018, Jinglan Ruoshui Industry Investment reported total assets of CNY 200.71, net liabilities of CNY 199.29, revenue of CNY 0, operating loss of CNY 199.67 and net loss of CNY 199.57. The 69th meeting of the 8th directorate reviewed and approved the transaction.
