Hydro S & S Industries Ltd. in its board meeting held on February 13, 2015, has appointed Ms. Kamna Shrikanth as Additional Director Non Executive Independent Director of the Company. Further, Ms. Kamna Shrikanth has been inducted as Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of the Company.
