within the framework of the share buy-back program as
announced per 29th of February 2012, the following
transactions took place in the period between 8th March 2012
till 14th March 2012, on the stock exchange market NYSE
Euronext Brussels and this in accordance with the mandate
given by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 20th May 2011:
