We are proud to announce that Kin + Carta was named a Best Company to Work For by Women's Choice Award, receiving recognition as a Best Workplace for Women, Diversity & Millennials.

Women's Choice Award's objective is to identify companies that best meet the general needs of all working women, regardless of age, race or family status. Data is compiled from a variety of publicly available sources and each measure is weighted accordingly for each category. The benefits evaluated include female representation in the workforce, in management and board of directors; work-life balance benefits; professional development; paid time off; and family time off amongst others.

Our women's affinity group is one network of individuals who advocate and create community for Kin who identify as women and their allies.

We've created a safe space for women and allies to connect, share experiences and encourage one another. The sense of community we feel in our monthly sessions is uplifting, and it makes me grateful to be surrounded by such amazing women. Morgan Sweet, Design Strategist and Women and Allies Co-Lead

In just one year of our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Awareness program, we have achieved over 95% pay equity, decreased the gender pay gap by over 3% and diversified our candidate pipeline. Kin + Carta exists to build a world that works better for everyone and our B Corp certification holds us accountable to this. We pledge to seek diverse perspectives, celebrate differences and build a culture where everyone is empowered to bring their authentic self to work.
