KFM Kingdom Appoints Yeung Chi Tat as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of KFM Kingdom announced the appointment of Mr. Yeung Chi Tat as an independent non-executive Director, a member of each of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee with effect from September 7, 2015.
