Shenzhen Qianhai Paide Gaosheng Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) signed a stake transfer agreement to acquire a 12.43% stake in Guanghe Landscape Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600234) from Shenzhen Paidegao Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Taijiao, Zhou Xiaoyan, Zhao Mingxian and Lin Ningyao for approximately CNY 430 million on December 14, 2017.
Shenzhen Qianhai Paide Gaosheng Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) completed the acquisition of a 12.43% stake in Guanghe Landscape Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600234) from Shenzhen Paidegao Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Taijiao, Zhou Xiaoyan, Zhao Mingxian and Lin Ningyao on January 12, 2018. Under the terms, Shenzhen Qianhai Paide Gaosheng Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) acquired 25.2 million shares at CNY 17 per share wherein Shenzhen Paidegao Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Taijiao, Zhou Xiaoyan, Zhao Mingxian and Lin Ningyao sold 3.18%, 2.6%, 2.22%, 2.22%, and 2.21% stake respectively.
