2022 due to retirement. On 27 January 2022, the Board of Directors of KEP elected Mr. Ng Pang Chan Fan as Director,
effective 27 January 2022, to serve the unexpired portion of Mr. Ng Ooi Hoois Term's term. Mr Ng Kwang Keng Samuel
Henry was appointed Acting Chairman of the Board. The Board also approved an updated version of KEP's Manual for
