Keppel Philippines Properties, Inc. Announces Board Changes

Keppel Philippines Properties, Inc. announced that further to its disclosure last 10 August 2018, advised that the board has considered on January 14, 2019, the nomination of Ms. Tan Boon Ping as director of the company to replace Mr. Lim Kei Hin. Ms. Tan Boon Ping, upon having been properly nominated and qualified, was elected on January 14, 2019 to replace Mr. Lim Kei Hin as a member of the board of directors, effective immediately. Ms. Tan shall serve as Director for the remainder of Mr. Lim's term and until his successor shall have been duly elected and qualified. Ms. Tan joined Keppel Land Limited in December 2008 as Financial Controller overseeing the Group consolidation and reporting for the Keppel Land Group. She reported directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and she also assisted the Company Secretarty on corporate secretarial matters. In December 2015, she was appointed the CFO of Keppel Land China Limited. In August 2018, she assumed the role of CFO Keppel Land Limited.
