Notice Concerning Additional Acquisition of KDO Investment Units

Kenedix, Inc.("KDX") has announced today that it acquired investment units of Kenedix Office Investment Corporation ("KDO") as follows.

• 1. Outline of Additional Acquisition

  1. Total number of investment units acquired	4,622 units
  2. Acquisition period	February 8, 2022 through April 7, 2022
  3. Acquisition method	Market purchase on consignment to a securities company
  4. Status of holding investment units of KDO after the acquisition	3.60% of the total number of investment units issued by KDO, or 15,421 units

• 2. Reason for Additional Acquisition

  This transaction, increasing the number of investment units of KDO held by KDX, is intended to strengthen the same boat nature of KDO as an effort to improve the unitholder value of KDO and to align the interests of the KDO unitholders with those of KDX as a sponsor.
