Kelt Exploration Ltd. announced that Ms. Carol Van Brunschot has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Marketing. Ms. Van Brunschot joined Kelt in August 2016 as Manager, Marketing and has over 28 years' of marketing related experience in the oil and gas industry.
