On 27 February 2023, the Board of Directors of Kelington Group Berhad proposed the payment of second interim tax-exempt dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the 31 December 2022 amounting to MYR 9,645,107, payable on 21 April 2023. Ex-Date is 22 March 2023 and Entitlement date is 23 March 2023.

The Company operates through three segments: Service, Manufacturing and trading, and Construction. Its Service segment is involved in the renting of skid tank, provision of scientific and technical researches, and laboratory testing service and experiments. The Company's Manufacturing and trading segment is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of industrial and specialty gases, equipment and materials. Its Construction segment is involved in the provision of engineering services and construction. The Company's offerings include end-to-end turnkey services from the initial design works, to fabrication, and maintenance services. In addition, the Company has an Industrial Gases division, and is providing on-site gas supply as well as involved in manufacturing and trading of industrial and specialty gases.
