On August 6, 2021, Keli Motor Group Co., Ltd. closed the transaction. The company issued 26,041,666 shares at a price of CNY 19.2 per share for gross proceeds of CNY 499,999,987.2 in the transaction. The company paid issuance expenses of CNY 11,703,812.6 and received net proceeds of CNY 488,296,174.56 in the transaction.
