KB Home announced the grand opening of Deer Run Meadows, a new single-family home community in Richmond. Deer Run Meadows’ location near Westpark Tollway offers easy access to Beltway 8, Interstate 69 and Highway 99 for an easy commute to several major employment centers, including the Energy Corridor, Westchase, Sugarland, Katy, downtown Houston and the Galleria. The community is minutes from Typhoon Texas Waterpark, Smart Financial Centre and Houston Museum of Natural Science at Sugarland.
